Job Management
Job management for aerial and underground fiber
A fiber project arrives as a stack of maps and a deadline. FiberLytic turns it into jobs your crews can work and your office can bill.
From map packet to jobs in one pass
Upload the full map packet once, cut it into pieces with Map Cutter, and create the jobs in bulk. Each job keeps its own construction map, documents and history.
Aerial and underground, side by side
Turn on the departments your company runs. Aerial jobs track spans, footage by work type and hardware. Underground jobs track conduit production by billing code or by day. Both live inside the same project.
Assign crews and follow the job
Assign a crew, and the job moves through Assigned, Pending Redlines, Client Review, Ready to Invoice and Billed. Rejected work goes back one step with a reason attached.
Live map of the pole route
For aerial work, the job's live map shows the pole route with span-by-span progress. Crews can capture a missing pole location from the field.
Company setup that fits how you work
Set up crews and their members, trucks and drills (with expiring DOT and insurance items flagged), materials and users with the role that matches their job. Every change is written to an audit log that shows if an old entry was edited.
