Approve or reject in one step
Clients approve or reject each job from the portal. Approving requires the client's SR number, so the reference you need on the invoice comes back with the approval. Rejections carry a note so the crew knows what to fix.
Every decision is on record
Each approval and rejection is logged with the person's name, the time and their note. When a question comes up months later, the answer is already in the job history.
Approved jobs move to billing on their own
An approved job moves straight to Ready to Invoice. Nobody has to notice an email and update a spreadsheet for the money to move.
